Project Summary

 

Comprising of £35 million of private investment, Phase 1 included a latest generation 100-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, with an in-house Thyme restaurant. 

 

In addition to the new Premier Inn hotel, the first phase of the development included: 

 

• 30,800 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation

• 2,500 sq. ft. of restaurant/brasserie

• 384 space multi-storey car park

• Extensive landscaping

• Major upgrades to the general infrastructure to Elizabeth Avenue

 

Construction of the first phase of the work was completed on time, including the hand over of the new Premier Inn Hotel.
