Admiral Park Multi-Storey Car Park

JPC were appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent to deliver this £5.65million multi-storey car park as part of the Admiral Park Phase 1 development.
Project Summary
The car park offers secure parking for the adjacent Admiral Park development and incorporates lift access to all floors, barrier and access control, and CCTV. It also includes the provision of Electric Vehicle Charging.
Comprised of a steel frame and prefabricated concrete lift/stair cores and slab deck, the car park is configured for future extension, allowing a maximum additional 272 spaces.
Building contractors were awarded the contract for the complete development under a JCT Form of Contract.
The car park was delivered as a turnkey solution and was fabricated off-island and brought to Guernsey as a kit of parts.
Working with the client, JPC defined the requirement, procured the works and managed the project through to completion of construction.
