Following the success of the first phase of the Admiral Park development, JPC were appointed as the Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the second phase of construction of this prestigious mixed-use development in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
Project Summary
The extensive £40m private development comprises of six floors of Grade A office accommodation totalling 66,500sq ft, 64 dedicated secured covered cycle spaces, an increase in the capacity of the existing car park, amenity space in front of the building and major upgrades to the general infrastructure in the area.
The development is also one of Guernsey’s most sustainable office-spaces and the first fully-accredited BREEAM-rated building in Guernsey*.
JPC’s active involvement in the project started in 2022 in the pre-planning stage and continued until the project’s completion in August 2024.
JPC also formed an excellent working relationship with the four new tenants of the office accommodation, and were appointed Project Manager and Employers Agent in respect of their specified floor fit-outs.
