Project Summary
JPC are the Client's Project Manager for circa £18m of infrastructure and security upgrades. Our role has steadily grown throughout the project and encompasses three separate contracts that are being delivered to programme and within the approved budget.
This has been a fantastic achievement by the project team who have worked incredibly hard over the past three years to make this a noticeable success for Bristol Airport. JPC are the client project and programme managers for what was a complex and time sensitive undertaking.
We have managed three separate bespoke aspects: the supply of the scanners, baggage integrator and infrastructure works for this £18.7m contract. Our approach provided Bristol Airport with careful control throughout the project and ensured a timely delivery before the DfT Standard 3 compliance date.
