Project Summary

 

The £6M redevelopment of the existing Chalcroft Business Park comprised of the provision of 10,541m² of new commercial floor space (B1b, B1c, B2 and B8).

Working with the client, JPC first oversaw the development of a revised site masterplan which made efficient and effective use of an existing area within the secure Business Park perimeter that consisted of underused commercial floor space and undeveloped land. This was coupled with an infrastructure package of works to divert existing services and supply the newly identified site.

 

The first phase of development comprised the construction of a 2,120m2 commercial butchery, with supporting infrastructure and was completed in January 2021.

 

The second phase comprised a new reed bed sewage treatment system and additional parking hardstandings.
