Project Summary

 

The £6M redevelopment of the existing Chalcroft Business Park, comprised of the provision of 10,541m² of new commercial floor space (B1c, N2 and B8)

 

Working with the client, JPC oversaw the development of a revised site masterplan which made efficient and effective use of an existing area within the secure Business Park perimeter, that consisted of underused commercial floor space and undeveloped land, with direct frontage to the main estate spine road. 

 

The first phase of the redevelopment comprised of the construction of a 2,120m2 commercial butchery and was completed in January 2021. The second phase comprised of a new reed bed sewage treatment system and additional parking hardstandings, which was completed in December 2021.
