Following the success of the previous developments at Chalcroft Business Park, JPC has been appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the redevelopment of two existing warehouses.

Project Summary

Currently in the pre-planning stage, the project will expand the current facilities of the Chalcroft Business Park by redeveloping two existing 30,000 sq ft warehouses and increasing the current parking capacity.

The proposed redevelopment works include:

The excavation of an adjacent hill and relocation of an existing sewage treatment plant to increase space for on-site car parking.
Specialist asbestos testing and removal from the two existing warehouses.
Extensive upgrades to the existing M&E services, including the installation of Photovoltaic panels and air source heat pumps.

JPC become involved in the project in the pre-planning stage in August 2022 and will provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract administration and Employers Agent services through to the project’s completion.
