Project Summary

 

The Good Rebel restaurant brought a new boutique dining offering to Guernsey and forms part of the Admiral Park Phase 1 project, a £35 million private investment.

 

Working with the developer, the Good Rebel management team and their consultants, JPC defined the requirement, procured the works and managed the project through to completion of construction.

 

Local building contractors delivered the development, which included assisting with the tenant’s direct fixtures, fittings and equipment installation.

 

Together, the team successfully overcame the logistical challenges of the island location and the complications caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

With the completion of the Good Rebel restaurant, construction of the first phase of work of Admiral Park was completed.
