JPC provided client assurance for this circa £15m complex redevelopment to create 34 high quality apartments, set into the St Peter Port cliff side.
Project Summary
Our role was to monitor the project team, provide local support to the Client, liaise with legal and boundary issues and plan and co-ordinate Client direct works.
This prestigious development of 34 Luxury Local and Open Market apartments overlooks the stunning Havelet Bay to the south of St Peter Port in Guernsey.
The completion of this landmark development was another example of our successful client relationship with the Channel Island's premier developer Comprop CI Limited.
