JPC were involved in a unique opportunity to provide client assurance, project management and contract administration for the development of two luxury holiday houses on the beautiful Isle of Harris.

Project Summary


The Sheep Station is located in the stunning location in the hamlet of Scaristavore. Both houses overlook the Atlantic Ocean and take in views of the neighbouring islands, including, Taransay as well as the beautiful mountains and of course, the sheep.

Situated moments away from the beaches of Scarista on the Atlantic Coast, these beautifully presented properties have been designed to nestle into the landscape without impacting on the beauty of the surrounding area.

This retreat was completed in 2019, for clients that want to escape the trappings of their busy lives.
