Project Summary

 

Built on the site of the former Guernsey prison, this £10m development is set in the heart of the commercial district of St Peter Port. The development includes 18,137sq ft of high   Cat-B commercial office space over four floors, a basement car park with 19 spaces and extensive external works and services.

 

JPC has been involved throughout the construction of the project from September 2020 and have worked closely with the local building contractors to provide Project Management and Employers Agent services for this high profile development.

 

Although the Island’s covid restrictions greatly reduced work on site, the project achieved practical completion in October 2022 , and is scheduled to be fully completed in Q4 2022.
